Our Rooms

Our rooms are organised in a way that allows children to re visit activities and resources to become familiar and confident in their surroundings, the sooner this happens, the quicker they settle and begin to enjoy nursery.

The children have free flow access to outside play areas and the main area is split down the middle with the Under 2’s accommodating one side and the over 2’s the other. Although partitioned we have left a large opening between the sides which helps to keep the feeling of us all being together.

Healthy Eating

Wizz Kids plays a key role in supporting children to develop healthy eating habits, working in partnership with parents to provide a balanced diet for children. We have a fully equipped kitchen and prep area in the under 2’ room for preparing food and the sterilisation of equipment needed for feeding.

Tapestry

TAPESTRY is completely secure and is used in many schools and early years settings. This system allows greater efficiency in both time and presentation. Both ourselves and you and can upload text, videos, audio and photos as a great way to evidence and share your child’s progress. You can access TAPESTRY on any platform including via their app.

Opening Times

We are open Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:30 closing for bank holidays and Christmas.


We offer full year contracts which cover 50 weeks a year (Closed Christmas and Bank Holidays) and term time only contracts that cover 38 weeks a year, fitting in with Sheffield’s LEA calendar.
