The Staff

We’re proud to maintain a high adult-to-child ratio, so every child gets the individual attention and support they need to grow with confidence. Our team of qualified Early Years Practitioners brings together a wonderful blend of fresh ideas and long‑standing experience, with over 100 years of combined expertise in the sector. We have two dedicated practitioners who support our SEND children, along with a Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputies, ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing are always at the heart of what we do. Every member of staff also holds an up‑to‑date Paediatric First Aid certificate, giving you peace of mind that your child is cared for by a team that is skilled, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping them thrive.

As a charity, not for profit organisation, Wizz Kids is governed by a committee made up primarily of our parents, which is responsible under the Charity Commission’s governing document for controlling the management and administration of the nursery.  We are also affiliated to the Early Years Alliance and are bound by their constitution.
